About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer to lead the team of software development professionals for our client: NetBet.

Business-to-business collaborations as well as employment contracts are accepted for this opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and develop innovative solutions for our platform.

2. Collaborate closely with our teams to provide optimal solutions for our clients.

3. Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, code reviews, and PR merges.

4. Act as a guiding light, addressing problems/blockers/issues for our sizable technical teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Senior PHP experience – We value your expertise in this foundational language!
Mastery in at least one major PHP framework (Phalcon, Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
Proven prowess with ReactJS (be it vanilla React or with Next.js)
In-depth understanding of MySQL and Redis.
Familiarity with Kafka (huge plus!)

Nice-to-Haves:

Node.js proficiency, especially with websockets.
Acquaintance with TypeScript.
Previous team/tech leading experience – Especially if you’ve successfully managed challenges and blockers for teams of 10 or more!
